You could be losing business if you're not working with a supervisor
You might be shocked to learn that many coaching consultancies employing associates and corporate HR/Learning & Development departments simply WILL NOT CONSIDER YOU unless you are working under coaching supervision - even if you come with glowing references and a personal recommendation. Having a supervisor is NOT the same things as having a coaching buddy or mentor coach - it's a very different relationship.
If you're planning on doing coaching work within larger companies it is ESSENTIAL that you listen to this interview.
